All orders, with the exception of purchase orders from approved institutions, must be prepaid by credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. All cards must be issued by banks within the United States and payable in US currency.
We can accept orders only from the United States, Puerto Rico, the American Virgin Islands and Canada on this website. If you wish to place an order from any other country, please contact us.
On orders, including gifts, to destinations outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed on the order at time of delivery. Playworks neither calculates nor collects these charges at check-out. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Playworks accepts purchase orders only from pre-approved institutional customers in the United States. To open an account, please contact Playworks directly. Once approved, you may submit your purchase order using one of these methods:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Playworks will contact you for approval before shipping any item which has increased in price.
Your order may be delivered in a used box with various types of packaging material. We recycle as much as we can to reduce waste and benefit the environment. Thank you for your understanding.
ShippingPlayworks ships by United Parcel Service within the continental United States. [Shipments to points outside the continental US are by the United States Postal Service.] UPS guarantees delivery, automatically insures package contents, and provides on-line tracking and delivery confirmation services. Once UPS processes your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Tracking information for UPS can be accessed on-line at www.ups.com.
Note: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Virgin Islands, and Canada usually ship by air and incur higher shipping rates. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and American Virgin Islands, we will do our best to fit your order into a USPS flat rate box and refund you the difference in shipping charges.

Your Shipping Address
Because UPS cannot deliver to a post office box, we need a physical address, including apartment, suite or unit number, if applicable. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses will result in nondelivery of your order with the package being returned to us. Address correction and reshipping will be at customer's expense.
When To Expect Your Order
Playworks usually ships in stock items within three business days. Playworks ships from Pasadena, California. Allow one to six business days from date of shipping for your order to arrive, depending on your location and whether we are shipping to a business or a residence. Shipping prices quoted are for ground service. If you need expedited shipping, contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
We take care to insure the safe packing of orders; however, breakage can occur. Contact us within 7 days if you receive damaged merchandise. We will reship or credit your account, whichever you prefer, and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain the damaged box and packaging for possible carrier inspection.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you have changed your mind or the product is not as expected, you may return the unused item in its original packaging for exchange or credit, within 30 days of receipt. Our only exception, designed to prevent the transmission of disease, is any toy that comes into contact with the mouth in the course of play. All returns must be in saleable condition. Playworks is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Insure package and obtain confirmation of delivery. Playworks does not pay return shipping costs unless we made a mistake in filling your order or you received a damaged or defective product. We will, however, ship an exchange without additional shipping charges.
Before returning any merchandise, please contact us. This insures prompt attention to your exchange or credit. To enable us to serve our customers better, we appreciate you telling us the reason for the return.
